All existing notes can be viewed read-only. On local disks the Notes1 field can be used to add or edit an unlimited number of file notes. No other fields can have notes added or edited. No notes can be added or edited on network folders. No bookmark notes can be added or edited. No row colors can be added or edited. The "Outside-in" document viewers cannot be used.
Professional Stand Alone

All features are included. The "Outside-in" document viewers are included. Cannot be used in a network environment to share notes with others. If the Stand Alone license is used with more than 1 PC then FNO3 will detect the license violation and will detect and prevent unlicensed access to network folders. When a license violation occurs FNO3 operates as a Lite version until it is next started.
Professional Network Licenses
Unlimited
All features are included. The "Outside-in" document viewers are included. Can be used with multiple users in a network environment. You can purchase 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 and 100 user licenses.
